How I Started:
I've actually just been on a sabbatical for about 3 years, personal distraction kept focusing on my true Passion Health/Wellness and Martial Arts.
Why I Love It:
Bodybuilding and eating clean have always allowed me to be "clear", my thinking and concentration is much more laser focused, when I'm "clear".
I have adult ADD/ADHD.
How I Stay Motivated:
The mirror is my main motivation.

I want to get certified through ISSA and own an online personal training business and be a life coach.
I will lose 30 lbs by May 16th 2008, and reduce my overall bodyfat.
I will be a walking example of Natural health and fitness.
Goal (Long):
Bottom line: I want my body back(less weight), I will be 185lbs and ripped. I will be all NATURAL and be between 8-10% BF and maintain it.
No posing shorts, No posing dias, just a true example of what exercise and nutrition can provide.

I have ADHD, too...and sometimes PMS and ADHD. PMS seems to make the ADHD worse. It should almost be a disability. Who knows, though, now that I'm eating better maybe the PMS won't be as bad. I can only hope.
