lgb4501 Hey Ted, Thanks for the advise,I try to do bis twice a week.I know I need to go heavier w/ the first workout.It's hard when you have to squeez in 2 muscle groups & abs in a short amount of time.I was doing better when I could be at the gym for hours.You have a great one,take care Larry Mar 17, 2012 9:15am
