Background
I went to gym first time at 2004, but everything ended day one. I got lower back injury right on smith doing squats. Max-OT was a tool that encouraged me, but I suppose that was my own mistake to rush in to this advanced workout system. Now after 7 years I feel very comfortable with my lower back and this time won't slip.
It's in my head, I love sport I was always first at sport when was a kid, bodybuilding I think something that takes me and my minds to next level.
