Background

When I Started: Aug 2011
HOW I STARTED:

I went to gym first time at 2004, but everything ended day one. I got lower back injury right on smith doing squats. Max-OT was a tool that encouraged me, but I suppose that was my own mistake to rush in to this advanced workout system. Now after 7 years I feel very comfortable with my lower back and this time won't slip.

WHY I LOVE IT:

It's in my head, I love sport I was always first at sport when was a kid, bodybuilding I think something that takes me and my minds to next level.

lgb4501 Hey Ted, Thanks for the advise,I try to do bis twice a week.I know I need to go heavier w/ the first workout.It's hard when you have to squeez in 2 muscle groups & abs in a short amount of time.I was doing better when I could be at the gym for hours.You have a great one,take care Larry Mar 17, 2012 8:15am
