130X10 is definitely a good effort..i'm at 145kgX5 atm and doing that pretty easily..still only at 150lbs though haha.. (70kgs or so)

hit 120kgX4 the other day.. at least parallel still training hard? man that's good as to hear. let's do the old routine and listen to me ask for more progress pictures haha what weights you hitting now?

I can eat whatever..just had a schitzel and cheese sandwich was ****ing beaut at 10.30pm lol but yeah , will be out of the gym for a week because of other reasons soon which is ****ing **** but I can diet up. and feed my body so it should be alright not bad progress pics mate, work on width a bit though, inarm lat pulldowns and closer grip bent over rows will be good

well took a photo of my arm it makes me look bigger than I am but I find my side tri/bicep looks a ****load better in the mirror than in photo, I think I **** up the shape of my body when I can't see myself..should concentrate on that a bit more. all you can tell is proportions really

420 pounds not kg im kinda mad tho cuz i think i could have gotten my max a little higher by pullin it a few more reps but i felt like my head was gonna pop!

training is going amazing! today i set my deadlift record 315 for 10 reps i think i could have pulled it for 12 but i felt like my head was gonna pop! so my max is around 420!
