raddis Yeah girl!..you gotta have carbs..the right kind though..no white stuff, like sugars and bread and pasta and rice..only brown rice..whole wheat..grains..veggies..fruits..nuts. For protein add some grilled or sauteed chicken, and some tuna-fish or salmon..whey protein is a good protein-carb source in a pinch..mix it with skim milk though..you're on the right track..stick with it D!!
