Well muscle minions, i have a sad story for you. I got sick as sh*t last sunday night and puked until i busted a blood vessel in my eye. i was runnin a fever of 102 so i know it wasnt food poisoning, had to be viral. Anyway, i havent been right all week and not only have i not been able to...

Right! I did misunderstand your point there...you DO get sore more so the second day... try working at a lower level after the main events to bring that lactate level lower...But definitely seems like you got a good handle on it!

That's a good way to think about it man. I look forward to going to the gym all day too. Biggest thing for me now is the "slow grow" process, but i'm settled in for that right now.
