Actually I have taken to weeks off due to death on the wife's side of the family and then I got sick. I will be hitting it Monday though. How is everything with you?

well thank you for the add as well. to answer your question my training has hit a little plateau but a few twists and I should have the weight dropping again. how is your training?

Things are great I am still shedding pounds and I am doing some power lifting. six and a half more weeks and it is back to bodybuilding.

The Gym is Good I always get an intense lift. My Cardio is similar to yours I alternate between shorter High intensity work outs and longer more moderate workouts. I finally have my diet tweaked right for me I have high energy and I am shedding bodyfat. I am cycling my carbs so I eat low carb 3 days a week no carb one day then for three days I intake a normal amount of carbs. It really tweaks the Metabolism. Good Luck with the cut bro!

Dude so that M&F challenge totally kicked some serious ass I am ready to go back to a different scheme but I learned a lot and I might hit it again in a few months just to switch it up.

Hey man thanks for the advice I have been eating pretty lean and rocking the Cardio and hitting the heaviest Iron I can with clean form and it is paying off. Thanks for the support. How is your training brother?

Thanks I am at about 325 when I weighed in the other day then I got hit by a girl that ran a red light I was in my truck doc told me not to lift and it is killing me. How are you?
