When I Started:
Jan, 2009
How I Started:
I have made other physical achievments but never has being ripped ever been priority. I only lifted to help with sports, and other aspects.
Why I Love It:
I love the burn and the achievment. I have no self esteem issues but after a good workout I feel better about myself. I also love the days when I make weight jumps on my lifts. Just seeing my hard work pay off is amazing.
How I Stay Motivated:
I know what I have to do to get to where I want to be and no one ever got there by half assing it. I just don't quit. I also keep pictures around and look and Ronnie vs Arnold on You tube
BB Accomplishments:
No body changes yet but I upped my bench rep weight by 10lbs

To Gain Muscle size but drop fat. To become ripped I am doing my best to stick to a new diet eating smaller meals more often (5-6) Those being low carb high protein. My strength goal is to bench over 300lbs I am a big guy with a weak bench but it is getting better.
Wow so I haven't been in the gym for a week do to a car wreck. I am okay. I was at a red light waiting to turn left when a car headed the opposite direction blew through the red. Another car hit her and sent her into my truck at about 40mph she hit me at a 45 degree angle my rear view...
How are things coming? I've added another couple of pounds, feel I've about reached the safe limit on that front. Have upped my workouts and am lifting as best as spin injury allows. Hoping to find good balance of Diet, Spin, & Lift, but really need to focus on Rest, which I'm not getting enough of.
