Would like to make a dramatic transformation before I go home to my wife.
Goal (Long):
I am looking to increase muscle and overall size at first, then burn off the fat layer to get a six pack for the first time in my life. I plan to cut about 45 days prior to heading home.
I was working out using a 5 x 5 program. I followed it for 3 weeks and became concerned when I started losing size on my chest and arms. 3/4 off the chest and 1/4 off the arms. I bailed out on that program and have started back with high intensity isolation exercises again.

thanks man. i found that when i started lifting my gains were amazing when i stuck to a particular plan, fairly decent (6 small meals per day), and used an incline treadmill (walking quickly) for 3- 4 sessions per week before breakfast. i've pasted the plan i used in my workout program box on the body space if you're interested.
