How I Started:
Starting trying to get bigger/stronger to move from 2nd string to starting line up on the football team in high school. Got the spot senior year and then quit to pursue my new passion (lifting heavy stuff and getting big!).
Why I Love It:
A constant never ending battle with yourself and unrelenting iron. Plus I like being bigger than 99 % of the population and having to where XL t-shirts due to the fact that I am huge (in a good way...)
How I Stay Motivated:
I just know I always need to get bigger and stronger. there is no other option for me... I usually like to have a goal in mind as well... Bodybuilding Show, Powerlifting Contest, MMA Fight, who knows what's next?

This is from my first bodybuilding show 2 and a half years ago. Gotten a lot stronger and bigger since back then...
From a mixed martial arts photo shoot done this past Super Bowl Sunday. I've had 1 amateur fight so far, which I won by TKO (ground and pound) in 1:40.

Heavy Dips super-setted with tricep pushdowns with strict form. Decline Close-Grip Bench Press as well.
