How I Started:
The first time I ever thought about body building was when I was a scrawny, 130 lb, kid who just got his ass beat by his best friend. The fight started after we had a argument. I remember laying on my bed, blooded and bruised, and thought " If I can't protect myself, how am I supposed to protect others?"
The next day I started lifting...
Why I Love It:
Because it gives me the feeling of what a man really stands for. A man is someone who protects what is his with his life. And to protect what is yours you must not only have the strength, but you must also have the discipline.
How I Stay Motivated:
My future job is to one day be a Navy Seal, like my grandfather. Once again it comes down to "If I cant protect myself, how can i protect others?" Not only that but doing this greatly increases confidence, self-esteem as well as looks.
BB Accomplishments:
I went from a 130 lbs scrawny frame to a medium sized 170 frame. I'm one of the fortunate ones. My father is a body builder and I was gifted with his genes.

One must always remember...personal workouts are designed FOR THAT PARTICULAR person and not for anyone else. Every body is different! Don't copy a workout but instead LEARN from that workout and create your own. ALSO never forget, body building is always and always will be 80% nutrients.
