When I Started:
May, 2006
How I Started:
I have played football my whole life and as a football player especially at the collegiate level training is absolutely necessary. I have been working out with a personal trainer since i was 14 and have been training hard ever since that day
Why I Love It:
I love working out because i have the genes to be able to see instant progress in strength, muscle size and vascularity. I love the feeling of finishing the last rep of my last set and feeling that burning sensation and seeing my muscles fully pumped. I always have people at he gym commenting on my strength and definition. Although I am very focused in the gym i love the social aspect of working out and helping others to achieve their goals
How I Stay Motivated:
Staying motivated is not a problem for me. I love the way working out makes me feel and look. Working out is a great stress reliever! I am a pre-med student so after hours of studying I cant wait to go to the gym! I just drink a some Labrada Super Charge and put on my music and im ready to go!
BB Accomplishments:
I have always wanted to compete in a bodybuilding competition but since i was playing college football and going to school i have never had time to really do it. My high school in Az has always competed at weightlifting tournaments and my junior year i placed 2nd in a tournament. Other than that it has always been just football and school for me!
I want to be as muscular as possible while staying ripped
Goal (Long):
I stopped playing college football due to an injury I sustained. While i was playing i weighed 180-183 the majority of the time and I had a 5% body fat. I was always the strongest receiver on the team. My current top 225 pro bench test is 30 reps!!! I am still very strong, I do my bench sets at 5 sets of 8 reps with 315lbs but since my injury I keep my squats at high reps and lower weight so 4 sets of 10 with 315lbs and olympic deadlifts at 4 sets of 8 with 330lbs. I just want to get back to a 5% body fat while maintaining optimal lean body mass

Impressive job, man. You've really done a great job developing the chest, upper chest and trap area. Nothing will build a solid foundation and get you in shape like playing football.
Hi, just dropping you a line... Seeing how training is going? See you have not logged in sometime. Hope your still working out and growing HUGE!! - Aaron
WHOA. KID! I Turn around for a few months and you go and get yourself all swole!
Okay, THAT SETTLES IT: WHEN ARE YOU STEPPING YUO AND DOING THIS LIKE A COMPETITVE ATHLETE? Seriously, by the looks of the pics, you are a couple short months away from doing damage at a contest. WHEN YOU GONNA HIT IT?
