After completion of survival training and losing 15lbs down to 153, I gained 30lbs the following WEEK up to 183. Needless to say it wasn't good weight at all. Got into the gym hardcore and now I'm 185 with 9-10% BF.
Why I Love It:
It's a great release of all the stress that accumulates throughout the days/weeks. It's my little "get-away"
How I Stay Motivated:
By those around me. Reading BB mags and just comparison to the others in the gym.

Hey Luke,
I spent some time in the Australian Armed Forces but never went overseas. I don't think someone can understand how real a situation like Iraq is until they have been there.
I've read a few articles about it but would love to hear from someone who was actually there. Could ya give us a quick look at what it is?
Looking great by the way. Sorry about your fallen people.
Peace.
I'm heading out there Friday so most definitely! Great improvement man, did most of that come while deployed? My buddy just got back some time ago and he blew up while he was there.
