Overall Goal: Started a 12-week training program on 9/14/09 to see what I can look like with dedication and hard work. I want to look like a lean, mean, fitness machine and to be nicely toned everywhere.

In August 2007, I joined Weight Watchers and to date I have lost 45 pounds slowly and learned to eat better. I gained the weight after some occurrences in my life that were rough. Before the weight gain, I had been working out off and on (not seriously) throughout my life. I currently go to the gym 3-4 times a week. However, I am at a point now that I want to see what my body can look like in tip top shape if I dedicate myself to it. I have maintained my current body weight for over six months and feel I can take the next step and begin training harder. I am starting on 9-14-2009 with a 12 week training program I found here on Bodybuilding.com to see what I can achieve.
Why I Love It:
Energy and the transformations.
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing it's helping my body and I will benefit from it in the long run is motivation. Plus the comments are really motivating!

This is after week 9. I just woke up and my hair is a mess lol! No flash was used with this pic and you cannot see all my definition. I have lost 1 inch from my waist, hips, thighs, and calves.

This is the end of week 7 for me and I had to switch my schedule to juggle going out of town and other things this week. I actually worked out twice in the morning this week (which I do not like doing). I am NOT a morning person but it needed to be done so I could get my workouts in. This week...
i work 3-11 so im not really there at the times that you go. Im usually there around 11. The only days im there at night are tue and weds, the days off!
Hey girl! You look great! There's no proof of being raised on junk food early :) Train your abs with heavy weights, that's how I got them to where mine are :)

Nothing wrong with a cheat weekend - as long as you didn't spend 3 hours on a buffet, I think you'll be fine. Anyways, your progress pic tell the tale: you look awesome! Keep hitting it hard!
