No prob. Yeah have to wear the gear alot. but its better than takin a bullet. So ur from Ireland. Ive been to Shannon airport didnt get to leave the place though. it was a rest stop comin from my last deployment. It was beautiful. the emerald hills and all. Got wasted on alot of killians and guiness while i was there. love that stuff. Id like to get back to my irish roots. Stay motivated and train hard.
I really had nothing better to do sittin here in iraq. So i hit the gym hard for the last 12 months. My metabolism is really high so I had to eat alot of protein and carbs. My sets on just about everything are 4 sets of 10-12 reps for two weeks and for a week ill go 5 sets of 5. Alternating dumbell in place of barbell exercises helped out.
