I used to go to fitness first platinum and went to robina sometimes too, so you are a manager there?
My training was put on hold for two weeks because I went to thailand and unfortunately for my body there were buffet breakfasts everyday lol. I'm going into hardcore mode as of now.
How's your training going?

Great to hear! Training should always be moving forward.... My training has only seen major size increase since March. At about 313lbs now and still have 2 more months on my bulk trying to hit 330lbs.
