I started playing rugby when i was 5.I had bad asthma in and out of hospital a lot had leunonia when i was 2 and one of my lungs partically collaped. When i was 11 i ran 10 to 15ks a day and bought some dumb bells with my paper run money i push biked everywhere. I tore my inner calve muscle so stopped running for a year or so then started boxing when i was 16 and lifting every day. I made a big mistake training my chest every day. Started karate,kickboxing when i was 17 slowed down on lifting a bit i accumulated some injuries dislocating left shoulder and acl tear in right knee the main ones so physio got me doing some rotater cuff exersises. I bought a body building magazine become a member of a gym 2 years ago and love it
Why I Love It:
I set goals and it is very challengeing to meet them i like the challenge
How I Stay Motivated:
I really enjoy lifting its such a rush its awesome.
I started my cutting diet about 4weeks ago now it is going well i thought i would log my cardio here as there is not really any where to do it in the work out tracker. My cardio has been consisting of 3hit sessions after weights lasting 16mins, 2 walks up a mountain and jogging down other...
Oh mint man lol yeah I know what you mean about 100g carbs.. WAY too hard, and you start to cheat.. Well keep going on your goals matey.. Don't give up eh. It will be worth it gettin those gals ;)

Lol, tell me about it bro... It took too long to cut, that's why I'm trying the cleanish bulk lol. Thanks about the pic bro, wish I was still in that condition.. though I think I'm tiny tad bigger now, definitly going to try make every body part bigger (except the waist lol!) and be even leaner for next time. What's your plan after the cut man?
