I have recently learned about clean eating, and have been doing it for one week now.  I have not changed my exercise program, yet lost 6 pounds in a single week.  I am going to keep eating clean and start a cardio program with my weight traning and see where I go from there.  Thank you...

Believe it or not, I've only been there a handful of times myself. I'm really not a city person. The hustle and bustles stresses me out...ha ha! Make sure you go to Time Square though. Oh and thank you for the countless compliments :) Have a great time! I want to hear all about it!
