Goal (Long):
Mass, shred, strenth.....the whole nine yards. There is no point talkin about the entire event. I just need to do it and when I do ill tell all who wants to read about it.
Hell I just want to look good naked infront of a crowd......try that one on for size.
Seriously..I want to keep it fun and focused on why I really workout, its the only release I got.

yo i read your concern about your chest and what really helps me is doing alot of upper chest movements after all you can never have enough upper chest! try this...
flat barbell press. 6sets-8/10reps
incline press. 4-10/12
incline fly.. 5 sec. positive and negative. 3-10/12
seated fly. 3-10/12
then whatever cable excercise you like to do..
