With back lift yesterday and shoulders today; my upper body is dead haha! Legs tomorrow :)

Background
I've always been around working out with my martial arts (since 5 yrs old) and football since 3rd grade. Started lifting in 7th grade for football. But I never really took it as serious as I do now until my Junior year of high school. Since then I've been hooked!
The feeling of a good workout is unlike anything else. Knowing I gave it my all is what its about. Its a huge confidence booster and I love the results I get!

I didn't post my actual workout program. Just a basis on what I do.
Now that I am home for summer break I lift when ever I can. Depends on what I have to do that day. But I still get atleast 2 meals in before so I have good amount of carbs.
Right now I am bulking so I have been doing real heavy weight. On compound/core lifts I do 4-5 sets of 3-6. Then on auxillary lifts I do 3-5 sets of 8-10. I also will throw in some high volume too. ie- 12x5, 8x8, 7x10.

I'm a big fan of carb loading!
I am bulking right now so I eat a lot. But that a lot is healthy. I shoot for atleast 75 carbs a meal. I eat 3 large meals and 2-3 smaller meals. Then I also get my protein shakes in there too.
Eat lots of meat (turkey, tuna, chicken, steak)
Yogurt atleast 2 times a day
then lots of fruits and veggies
get atleast 1 cheat meal in a week.

Currently I am taking muscle pharm multi vitamin upon waking up
muscle pharm bcaa's 45 minutes before lifting and then post workout
Optimum Nutrition 100% gold standard protein post workout and sometimes in exchange for a snack.
1.M.R pre-workout
When I can afford it I also take t-bomb.
