for shoulder training I would recommend training them with chest twice a week...this seems to work well for bigger guys. Hit them from every angle but don't "kill" them on either day. The first day you work them go heavier than the second time you work them within the week. I like to combo set side's with rear's. For fronts all I would recommend is Dumbbell Military.
