I got bored one day, and just starting curling a couple of dumbells in my basement and doing some pushups. I started to see results. Then kept going from there.
Why I Love It:
The way you feel after you killed yourself at the gym...the need to constanly do better than you did the last time.
How I Stay Motivated:
Staying in shape is part of my job, and im not going to let anyone under me see me as a fat slob, or a skinny little nothing.
