Transformation Challenge 2012
Posted in Status : Jan 15, 2012 6:13amI am 2 weeks into the Transformation Challenge 2012 and the workouts are progressing very well.
Over the past 2 weeks I started my cardio program building up to spending one hour on the treadmill at a steep incline just under a slow jog. It is a little tougher doing this routine @ 4 am.
I have been following my lifting routine for about a year now and I have seen great progress form where I started last year from this time.

I started the day off with a 45 minute cardio workout on the elliptical, burning over 600 calories and over 4 miles. Then I meet up with my personal trainer Jen Esposito for the real workout.
After a quick review of my diet and workouts from the previous week, we decided to target my shoulders. Because of my left elbow bursitis, I have not lifted heavy for about 2 weeks, concentrating on my legs and cardio fat burning.

Today’s workout included back and chest training with an emphasis on the development around pec and lat muscle groups.
It was one of the BEST workouts of my life and I can’t wait until next Sunday.
