I want to gain muscle and also lose fat. In short a total tune up lol
Goal (Long):
I am a 38y/o M who has not worked out or exercised of any type for about 20 years. My main goal is good health, this is a area in which I am now having some trouble, ^b/p and so on. Although putting on some muscle getting toned and looking better are also targets.Now is the time in my life when I feel this is the right decesion. WORK HARD,, LOOK GOOD,, FEEL BETTER,, TOTAL DETICATION

totally understand wish i hadnt lived so fast and hard either should have stayed away from extream sports, alchol, drugs,wild women, awh hell i had a dam good time doing it lol but seriouly do understand i hurt somewhere every day try to work arround your injurys or what ever the health problem is i got to have hernia surgery next month so i will have to take about a month off trainning stay safe but train hard.

i work biceps very heavy i just change things up pretty often.one thing i do particular is i try hard to work perfect form and if its to heavy for that its too much weight, and i work arms one day a week bis and tris good luck you got a great base to work with good genetics.
