Hey Drayner! I noticed your goal is to improve your chest. Check out the pushup routine I have in my Bodyblog. I do about 200 pushups per day (spread out of course), where I do 4 sets of about 25 (or 2 sets of 50) against the edge of my bathtub, and 3-4 sets of 30 with my perfect pushups. It's amazing how in improved the muscle tone in my upper chest and shoulders. Try it for 90 days and see how you do.
