When I Started: Aug, 2006
How I Started: In August of 2006 I wanted to start working out again. My goals changed from week to week and I never accomplished them. I started doing more research and found out why I wasn't accomplishing them.
Why I Love It: I love the look and the feel that you get by working out and eating right. It doesn't hurt that people turn their heads more often also or notice the little changes.
How I Stay Motivated: I just keep thinking about my goals and how now that I have the right formula I will get them accomplished. I also think about how small I have been all my life and the people that took advantage of that. I can't wait to see the looks on their faces.
