So I just touched my tummy, around my bellybutton and freaked out because it felt weird. Then I realized, I've never in my life felt abdominal muscles on my stomach that were this tight before. They feel kind of hard!

Congratulations on making the decision to get fit. Always believe in yourself and challenge yourself to be the best that you can be. Combine a good nutrition plan with some form of cardio and weight lifting and you will be amazed at the changes and the speed at which they can occur. I did the Body for Life program, which is for a total of 12 weeks and received amazing results. You may want to give it a look-see. Let me know if there is anything that I can do.
