My new goal is to be down to 160 lb by the end of August.
Goal (Long):
I want to get down to a size 6 in the next year--and gain a lot of upper body strength, so that I can do things like rock climbing without feeling like I'm going to die after 3 minutes.
I have had a hard time losing weight my entire life and I'm doing something about it!
I'm riding my bike a LOT and working with a dietician to make my goal. I've already gotten back down to 170 and I'm on my way!
Do you sometimes use energy enhancing supplements?
Yes
Which supplements do you take? When do you take them?
I rarely use them, but when I need a boost, a spray energy "drink" really helps.

What is your favorite "healthy" dessert? Give the recipe if applicable.
I really like blackberry cobbler--just throw some frozen blackberries in a pan and cover with an oat, cinnamon and stevia combo--it's great with some fat free vanilla yogurt on top!

Congratulations on making the decision to get fit. Always believe in yourself and challenge yourself to be the best that you can be. Combine a good nutrition plan with some form of cardio and weight lifting and you will be amazed at the changes and the speed at which they can occur. I did the Body for Life program, which is for a total of 12 weeks and received amazing results. You may want to give it a look-see. Let me know if there is anything that I can do.
Stay strong and all the best.
