What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
I worked out too intensely - Too much, Too Hard, Too Soon and, I ended up Over-Training. It took me two weeks to recoup from the Stress, Mood Swings, and Lethargy that it caused.

What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
Everything in Moderation! Although your Brain is motivated, excited, and telling you to push yourself hard.....You really have to learn to listen to your body first. What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
First discover your motivation, define your goals, create a plan, put it into action, encourage the people around you and, accept encouragement from others too.
