Background

When I Started: Jan 1977
HOW I STARTED:

Started working out a long time ago, Ive gotten out of shape and want to get back in great shape!!! I had hip replacement surgery about two years ago. I'm finally getting comfortable with leg workouts. Gotta keep it light though

WHY I LOVE IT:
