When I Started:
Aug, 2007
How I Started:
I was always athletic. I started wrestling when I was 7 and I credit that for giving me my work ethic.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good. Euphoria caused by a good workout is hard to beat. I grew up wrestling and recived and injury that ended my career. So I needed somthing that pushed me just as hard. I started lifting and lifting hard. Unlike team sports, lifting is just you and your body; if you fail its your fault and yours alone. Its you against yourself.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have had 5 knee surgeries, so I was forced to rehab after each one. So It kind of became instilled in me and I began to enjoy it.
Real transformation starts in your heart. Living in Gods story gives me real purpose. I have all the motivation I need.
