How I Started:
I was active in swimming, soccer and water polo through high school. After HS, I started lifting weights, and doing triathlons. I went into the Navy, got really lean, then got injured. Back in college - I majored in partying, and ballooned to my biggest ever. My best friend told me I looked like "Santa Claus" and it was the best thing ever. At that time, EAS was doing the "physique transformation challenge (1999) - before "Body for Life" - I got in almost my best shape ever. I kept at it, and kept improving; till my personal life took a bad turn last year. Now I'm back.
Why I Love It:
Working out with weights just makes me feel good. My body loves it.
How I Stay Motivated:
I work out in the morning, which I consider "Paying Myself First" I read the transformations on BB.com I plan and log every workout to track progress
BB Accomplishments:
July 2007 - I won an online combined contest that mixed Body Transformation & Business Improvement. I was coached by Michael Elias (who is excellent). The contest was here: http://www.yourbusinessbody.com

I'm down 5 1/2 lbs in the last two weeks...

Glad to see and feel the progress.  I'm sure I could be a bit more disciplined and keep this pace up till I hit my goal

Current: 243.0 lbs

I buy the 30 pack eggs from walmart. They are .96 for every 6 eggs is 5 servings. I believe the egg white serving is 1/2 cup??? 4 ounces?? So my eggs beat your beaters value wise! LOL!!!! Anywho....thank you for stopping by my blog, I am off to read all about you right now. Welcome to BB...It's fun here!! ;)
