Thanks man. I acutally contemplated the MM but I think my first one is going to be next years mr. cincy cause i feel to small to start a contest diet ive been dieting almost this whole year so far and havent gotten where i need to be so im going to experiment with some diets and see what happens next year.

sounds good man, ill be there to see the show.. im looking at maybe doing a show the end of summer... i got a pretty decent bulk this winter, got up to about 220 looking to drop a ton of bodyfat and come in probaby between 170-175 this summer for a show. we'll see

those are two of the hardest bodyparts to get tuned up man... as long as the conditioning is there from last year you'll do awesome.. yea man, me and aaron are getting fat! i've gotten as high as 212! im just trying to get as strong and as big as i can!

thanks bro.. yea actually i tore my rectus femoris off the bone about a month and a half ago. no surgery or anything lots of rehab. still cant lift legs yet. ha i did it playing baseball this time man. my body is freakin fragile lol

I just posted on your thread man. Basically you can look and guess on most people's bf. 15-20 no definition in the ab's and flab over major muscles(pecs,biceps,triceps, etc.). 11-14 upper ab's start to show when flexed more defintion in major muscles more vasculinity in the body. Supposedly 9.8% is where your suppose to be able to see a full 6 pack, But I know people below this that don't have good genetics and their's can't be seen all the way.

Just came across and looked at your pics. I'm not sure how or who is calculating your body fat but if your body in person looks somewhat close to your pics I would say around upper teens at most maybe 18 19 ish max.
