This was the end of a bulk almost one year after high-school. Obviously I do not like anything about how I looked, however it did help me gain a decent bit of mass.

I just added new progress pics and thread.pics are after 1 month of moderate training with 80% success with diet and routines my posture is off because my legs are rehabbing. posture will come in time No supplements yet .looking for help on that
I really have poor body image I know that outside opinion will help me see both what is good about my physique and what isnt

thanx bro... I use one of those Tanita scales you get on barefoot. Not sure how accurate it is but it at least gives me a point of reference to go off of. How do you measure yours? Check out my thread I put out a while back asking people the same question...
