What time of day do you usually workout?
Do you currently have a workout partner?
Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
I work out with a couple of people from time to time. They both are very strong and we all push each other to move heavy weight.
How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
1-4 for strength movements, and 8-12 for hypertrophy.

Gettin there! I have so much work to do over these next few months. Calves sux, hammies suck. Look at you! You looking a whole lot bigger! Aaron came into the HealthPlex the other day and I couldn't believe he was up to 200. I need to come check you guys out over there.

Hey man
I just added new progress pics and thread.pics are after 1 month of moderate training with 80% success with diet and routines my posture is off because my legs are rehabbing. posture will come in time No supplements yet .looking for help on that
I really have poor body image I know that outside opinion will help me see both what is good about my physique and what isnt
specifics advice critique all welcome

thanx bro... I use one of those Tanita scales you get on barefoot. Not sure how accurate it is but it at least gives me a point of reference to go off of. How do you measure yours? Check out my thread I put out a while back asking people the same question...
