How I Started:
I started back in 12th grade and got to a prety nice size quikly and then when i graduated i got a gym membership.
Why I Love It:
I like to see how much i can do with my body and its a great past time.

I just got started back up not to long ago and i found this web site and i think it will be prety cool to share my progress with others and to keep track of my self.

when i first started to work out i couldnt even bench 100 pnds and knw iam at 240 so i dev. have to say my chest.

Good to hear. I'm just getting back after a few weeks off for a kidney stone and surgery and it's all good but the weights heavier than I remember, typical of a lay off. Working on my dieat as well hope are able to nail it.
It's all about what you eat bro....can't be eating a cheese steak sandwich for lunch and expect to reach your goals.....remember a 16 inch ripped arm looks way more impressive than a bloated soft 18 inch arm. My advice to you gain knowledge in what to eat and when to eat it. Good thing is your only 20 years old start getting into the lifestyle now.....when your an old fart like me you'll look unreal...Good Luck bro!
