First all I'm an athlete. I play competitive basketball but i have very slim structure. I wanted to become a better ball player by weight training. I'm hoping to add weight and strength to my arsenal.
Why I Love It:
I love seeing the results.
How I Stay Motivated:
Its been really hard to stay motivated these past months. I start getting into a nice routine and bam! i get sick or i hurt my back at work. These days i've been down and out with the weights but i'm seriously trying to get back into it.
BB Accomplishments:
Gaining 20 pounds but i want more!!!
