How I Started: in highschool i played soccer wrestled and ran track and i always loved lifting especially when id go in thier and show the football players up and kept with it ever since.
Why I Love It: to get bigger than the next guy. and girls love fit men.
How I Stay Motivated: some ac/dc disturbed or system of a down anything hardcore gets me pumped arnolds pumping iron! jay cutler...hot girls in the gym and me pumping out more reps than needed
BB Accomplishments: -3rd place northern japan championship lightweight
-1st place eskan village strongest man pound for pound
-2nd place eskan village strongest man competition
-2nd place misawa airbase bench and deadlift 165-180lb class
Forum Signature: I have neither the time nor the inclination to explain my workout to a man who sleeps at the very time Im lifting hundreds of pounds and then comes in late to bogart all the equipment and leaves the plates on the floor.
I would rather that you just said "Im weak" and went on your way. Otherwise, I suggest you pick up some plates and lift heavy or go home. HUA HUA HUA???

well bro, my weakness is my legs as well, i found out the hard way that front squats help alot with growth, and so does running and spin class(yeah i know). squats and stiff legged deads....try it out for a while and let meknow how you like it bro and keep me updated on the progress!!! you look great though bro!! -Elijah

Hey man, just wondering if you still work out with the buckets (4 12 07 pic) That's so much harder than it looks. My bud and I would do what he called the Farmer's Walk with 100 lbs dumbbells after our workouts, trying to drop them the least. He'd kick my @$$ everytime. haha ...Anyway, looking jacked man. Keep lifting strong.
