I have neither the time nor the inclination to explain my workout to a man who sleeps at the very time Im lifting hundreds of pounds and then comes in late to bogart all the equipment and leaves the plates on the floor. I would rather that you just said "Im weak" and went on your way. Otherwise, I suggest you pick up some plates and lift heavy or go home. HUA HUA HUA???
