When I Started:
2000
How I Started:
I was a scrawny guy in college and wanted to get in shape. So, I joined a gym and started working out. The first few years I really didn't know what I was doing. I started reading Musclemag and talking to people who had been working out for awhile. I applied what I learned and started seeing some results. Now I want to learn from the great bodies I see on Bodyspace.
Why I Love It:
Setting goals, working hard to achieve them, and seeing results. It's nice to feel and look healthy. Working out is also a good way to release life's daily stresses.
How I Stay Motivated:
My wife is in great shape, so I need to stay in decent shape and not make her look bad.
BB Accomplishments:
I won the "Biggest Guns" competition in my Biology class in junior college. i was actually last place...and girls competed.
GAIN MUSCLE! BURN FAT! EAT RIGHT! ROCK THE WEIGHTS!
Goal (Long):
My long term goal is to maintain a healthy lifestyle, including diet and excercise. It's a big part of overall well-being. I also want to eat clean as a part of my regular diet. It's going to be hard because I love to eat alot of unhealthy foods. But I know the benefits of eating clean will be worth it.
greetings, I didnt even realize you left a comment on my bodyspace, anyhow repsonding to your comment, I was 13% bf in that picture I know it doesnt look like it but I was trust me.
The abs, well I worked for about a month to get those, 200 every morning and 200 post work out, crunches of different kinds including weighted. Then you have to lower the body fat. For me, ab work is the hardest......it takes a huge amount of mental discipline to make everyone count.....all the best!! Belinda
