Your back has great width. Thats something that I aspire to have in my arsenal. Im also currently working on upgrading my workout equipment, Its almost time that I GO HEAVY. Good luck with your training and competitions.

thanks for the kind words but I just had to face the fact I'm on the shelf for 08 unless these epidurals work. in short, i never stopped pushing even harder following the show with my eyes set on the N. Americans. Between the weight gain (270lbs) and the heavy training I have to stop. Each day is worse and worse.I can't even tie my shoes. Good new no nerve damage. So when I get the pain under control, I'm back.easying up on the weight.I already dropped 10 lbs and feel better.
