Have you seen his biceps? If they don't inspire you to work out arms nothing will. Plus, and more importantly, he's got a great work ethic when it comes to hitting the weights!
My triceps grew the most when following a heavy bench routine (the "add 50 lbs to your bench in 30 days" routine that was once published in Muscle Media magazine some years ago).

What bicep workout has worked best for you?
Biceps seem slow to grow for me - but the plain old-fashioned curls relatively low reps (6-8) and heavy weight seems to work the best for me.
Okay, here's a new problem...well not a problem really. More of an annoyance. My right foot feels funny a lot lately - almost like it's cramped and I can't flatten it out. It's tough to describe, but it just doesn't feel right. Maybe I need new shoes or it's the plantar fascia acting up again....
Oh yes, they are about 17.5 right now. I havent had time to get on here ina while. I have been extremely busy with life and training. Everything is going well. Im up at 185 right now and super lean. How is everything going with you buddy?
My younger brothers started getting super jacked up and I was the smallest. Just fuel for the fire. I'm now the largest lol, but they are quite impressive.
Doing well bud, thanks for checking in.. Just getting over/trying to get through a bicep strain where itattaches in the front delt,went way too heavy on military dumbells (120's,I was a "dumbell" pun intended) and tweaked something!Everything else is well though, i'm up a cool 5-8 lbs, and more vascular/leaner in the midsection.Trying to just get in the gym as much as possible but with law school it's tough, but when I do get in there, it's euphoria! Hope you are still going strong!
Things are going great. I'm seeing a huge improvement in my back and biceps, chest is still lacking strength but still getting bigger so thats good, and so are my legs. So overall its going well, school is holding me back some but I knew it wouldn't it doesn't phase me to lift when I can. How are things going for you?
Thanks for the words bud...ya Hawaii is an awesome place to live. Sounds like you're traveling here? Which island? I am coming off of a prolonged period of just bodyweight exercises, cardio and lean body weight...so the gains are coming fairly quickly. Been back at it only 5 weeks and already leaps and bounds stronger than when I started. How's training for you?
Hey brother! Ya I'm up buot 5 lbs... can't seem to get past 165-167. My schedules just to busy to be able to eat like I need to. How bout yerself? Howz things goin w/ ya?
Yeah deffinatly, hopefully i'll see some more gains like that soon, ahah yeah but i'm not eating a bodybuilder diet or anything because live at home and go to school so i don't think that'll be to much of a problem right now.
Hey thanks yeah i made a increase of a inch in around a month was so happy :D hadn't worked out for couple of months previous so maybe going into some training from that also hadn't worked out my legs like a idiot and started that month :P and started taking whey protien after workouts
