Here's an picture from two year's ago - not much change in a year's time from what I can see here...
I hesitate to call it progress, but here's my current "relaxed" state. I loook a little wider across the shoulders and chest, and because I'm shaved you can see more definition. My pecs still "droop" which I hope my continual loss of bodyfat will correct.
For C3 - 17 inch arms and 15% bodyfat by the end of the challenge and waist back under 40 inches. Strength goal of benching 225 lbs 25 times in one set.
My triceps grew the most when following a heavy bench routine (the "add 50 lbs to your bench in 30 days" routine that was once published in Muscle Media magazine some years ago).

What bicep workout has worked best for you?
Biceps seem slow to grow for me - but the plain old-fashioned curls relatively low reps (6-8) and heavy weight seems to work the best for me.
Another Fourth of July and another holiday loaded with bad eating choices. Okay, I don't actually drink beer - maybe on rare occasion to be 'sociable' but somehow I got through college without developing a taste for the stuff - but hot dogs, burgers, potato salad, well that's another story....
In my continual quest for big arms, I'm trying the following workout from my friend/trainer Brian Gurneak (NPC Team Universe competitor a couple years back and personal trainer)
haha i wanna be like 5 10 or 11 max but yeah it helps alot to have someone like that. he was telling me that noones watching meand if they are they arent working themselves so failure will not be seen haah. then he said break the barrieer and go heavy. it helped alot!! but yeah you definately should hahaha
thanks, the days just keep getting longer here. or at least they seem that way. all i know is im going right to a beach somewhere and doing nothing for a long, long time.
haha yeah jays about 5'9 5'10 so i have his hheight. now all i need is build haha. this one guy who helps me lift at the highschool hes about 6'5 and hes a monster. just by him tellin me what to do my weights went up. i was one arm DB rowing 80's going up to 85's and hes like how much your books weight im like i dunno hes like about 20 lbs grab a 100 and i did it 8 times!!
haha well i mean, you can never be too big. i think that people who think bodybuilders are gross obviously have never tried lifting. ya know? its such a rush everyt ime you hit the weights, so i mena. im just going to keep lifting and pounding and ill eventually be somewhere around...JAY CUTLER . haha give it a few years =]
Wow, that's fantastic! And really high weights! Haha I wish I could get mine up to that level. I'm sure in time I'll hopefully get to where you are now!
yeah im pretty close! and im just getting bigger haha. no slowing down for me till track. i plan on lifting to maintain my strength during football! but thanks man. its great having abs! haha
Thanks for the followup! I trying to really get conditioned now so I truly feel like Rocky Blaboa! Im nervous about the adjustments but there's only one way to see if they work! Keep benching that major weight!
Hey thanks! That was fast! The intercostals and serratus i think improved. My abs I have been working on to get the skin to shrink so I knew I wouldn't see much change there. I went from a 45 inch waist to 30 1/2. Now it's like I am wearing a rubber wet suit! Thanks again! paddy
I'm done brotha from anotha motha! Here's my pic from tonight! Let me know what you think in comparison to before I started. And please be totally honest. Thanks again! paddy :)
