My triceps grew the most when following a heavy bench routine (the "add 50 lbs to your bench in 30 days" routine that was once published in Muscle Media magazine some years ago).

What bicep workout has worked best for you?
Biceps seem slow to grow for me - but the plain old-fashioned curls relatively low reps (6-8) and heavy weight seems to work the best for me.
Virtually no change from the early weigh in on Thanksgiving day (2/10 of a pound) but I recorded it anyway to stay consistent with the weekly weigh in. I've not been eating well this week because it seems whenever I eat my stomach starts to hurt, had an especially bad attack last night after...

hey dave, I dunno how the bench goal is going. I meant to do more benchpress, but the gym is always crowded. I've been doing other press and fly exercises along with the usual dips though. We'll see how it goes. 250 isn't much weight, but we'll see. How are your goals coming along?

Thanks! Yeah, things are moving slowly but surely. Cool to hear you got to go on some coasters and such. Went to Busch this past Sunday. Beautiful weather and some great time there.

i actually did gain quite a bit of strength, after i had finished the program i got really sick and out of good shape and lost alot of it but i'm actually doing some powerlifting type protocall for certan exercises, and it was alot like the program you had given to me, 10 sets of 5 as heavy as you can handle, 3 mins between sets. it killed my tri's that's for sure. i'm healing also from a groin injury so wish me luck!

i lost alot of weight at one stage.. 2 months ago id say.. i was about 183lbs. and in 2 months ive clocked up to 210 :) so im very happy
