What tricep workout has worked best for you?
My triceps grew the most when following a heavy bench routine (the "add 50 lbs to your bench in 30 days" routine that was once published in Muscle Media magazine some years ago).

What bicep workout has worked best for you?
Biceps seem slow to grow for me - but the plain old-fashioned curls relatively low reps (6-8) and heavy weight seems to work the best for me.

Well, I'm back home again in "sunny" Michigan after my trip to Hawaii with a stop over in LA on the way back. I enjoyed meeting with friends in LA and visits to Disneyland and Universal Hollywood (which I hadn't been to in more than a decade). Slept for about 12 hours last night - guess...

i actually did gain quite a bit of strength, after i had finished the program i got really sick and out of good shape and lost alot of it but i'm actually doing some powerlifting type protocall for certan exercises, and it was alot like the program you had given to me, 10 sets of 5 as heavy as you can handle, 3 mins between sets. it killed my tri's that's for sure. i'm healing also from a groin injury so wish me luck!

hey man how you been? ive just hit a big growing stage.. im getting bigger by the minute haha i lost alot of weight at one stage.. 2 months ago id say.. i was about 183lbs. and in 2 months ive clocked up to 210 :) so im very happy

Things are alright. My collar bone still gives me problems time to time and RIT keeps me far busier than I'd like to be but I'm getting back to my pre accident self. hows your lifting?

Good mentality I like it! Good to keep progressing and not slow! Apparently not lifting a lot is making me bigger haha at least thats what all my buddies are saying lol lucky ass me right?! But when I lift I do work brotha, its winter, I can eat a lot of healthy foods, I'm ready to stack up the weights and get strong.

Thanks for the kind words Dave! I have been lucky enough to keep the body fat down at 8%. I have been doing some fitness modeling lately and its been going well for me. I hope to compete before 21 so that I can compete in jr's. Haha. I am in no rush though because i want to come into the scene with a BANG! Qhat are your new goals looking like?

That's so ironic Paul...my buddy that flew out here came to my island, Oahu and he stays at the Marriott in Waiks. Then we flew to Poipu, Kauai and stayed at the Grand Hyatt. That place is insane! Where'd you stay at? Hope you had as good a time as we did! Even got to do a helicopter ride around the island...such a blast!

My younger brothers started getting super jacked up and I was the smallest. Just fuel for the fire. I'm now the largest lol, but they are quite impressive.
