before picture - 239 lbs full front - 210 lbs
This was taken before I started my transformation in May. I was roughly 17% bodyfat and weighed 239 pounds at the date it was taken.
This picture was taken 10 weeks after my initial pic in May. I was down to 10.5% bodyfat and had lost almost 30 pounds. I also lost about 4 inches off my waistline, which is pretty obvious from the pic

My main goal is to win the Farrell's Extreme Bodyshaping $10,000 challenge in the coming year.
Goal (Long):
I plan on getting there by first putting on 10-20 pounds of muscle (hopefully) in the coming months and then cutting back to better reveal it in the few months leading up to my final pictures. Plus, who doesn't want to look good during the summer?!

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
Pre-workout meal is critical!

Follow it up with a good NO/energy booster 45-60 minutes later (about 20-30 minutes before gym time)
