Goal (Overall):
My overall goal is to be at the top of my physical abilities for basketball. I'm playing college ball this year, and if something is going to hold me back from being the best I won't let it be my body.
Goal (Long):
I have a pretty decent start to get where I would like with my natural athletic build. However, it will take alot of dedication and desire from my end to excel to my standards. I would really like to get my body fat % down in periodic increments. First to 20% then 18% etc. until I hit about 10-12 %.

Well, after all my hype about not getting hurt again....yup you guessed it! I tore my meniscus in my knee playing basketball in August. The good news is that I got my body fat percent down to 20%; a 3% difference so I was on the right track. So, here I am a week post-op and am ready to RE-begin...
