Goal (Long):
I have a pretty decent start to get where I would like with my natural athletic build. However, it will take alot of dedication and desire from my end to excel to my standards. I would really like to get my body fat % down in periodic increments. First to 20% then 18% etc. until I hit about 10-12 %.
Well, after all my hype about not getting hurt again....yup you guessed it! I tore my meniscus in my knee playing basketball in August. The good news is that I got my body fat percent down to 20%; a 3% difference so I was on the right track. So, here I am a week post-op and am ready to RE-begin...
