When I Started:
Aug, 2002
How I Started:
In 2002 I gave birth to my 2nd & last child. My initial goal was just to lose the weight I gained during this pregnancy which was quite a bit! I soon became bored with walking and fitness tapes so I began reading Oxygen magazine and really admired the women on these pages. From that point on I began lifting weights and getting more serious with my cardio. Now I am training for my 1st figure competition!
Why I Love It:
I love the way it empowers me. I love to walk around in sleevless shirts to show the boys (and women) that girls can have muscle too. Having muscle has transformed my body from what it used to be. Muscle also makes me feel sexy!

Congrats on the 60 lbs! I also noticed that you droped 13 lbs in just the last couple of months. Thats a great accomplishment. You'll be ready in no time at all. Best of luck! - Joey
