I really want to pack on a good 10-15lbs of lean muscle by summer 2009. I have a lot of trouble gaining weight- I've been at 137lbs for a while - I'm talking a good year. Any tips or help would be very much appreciated.
After my back injury, did a body cleanse in April. Starting at 198lbs, down to 180'ish mid August 09. Start of September doing a clean bulk, training hard with a new workout partner and looking forward to seeing what I accomplish. Feeling healthy
