dougleeper Getting steroid shots this week I hope, and I hope I can get back to a modified workout soon. The muscle tone goes away too quick.

  • Cool. Be careful getting those shots. Your body can only take a few and they don't heal much. Just take the pain away. Get back to rehab.

dougleeper I am down for a while with both shoulders, it is amazing how quick you lose what you have acheived. Keep working hard!!

dougleeper Haven't worked out in a while, I either strained or tore something in my shoulder!! I will stay away from anything that hurts I guess!

323CoachT Congrats on the home. Wow. Very cool. Well, with the football season it is very difficult to diet and even workout. I get two sometimes three real workouts in a week. Did TapOut XT with the wife for most of the season and it is a great workout, however I prefer a Dumbbell. I am back at it again. Going to put on some more muscle and weight and then go for the gold again starting in January. Want to get to 5% and still weigh over 190. Blessings to you my friend. Oct 24, 2012 12:21pm

strong1967 Well looking at your pics...im saying for sure muscle! dont trip on weight gain...gauge it by how those clothes are fittn and what your woman is telling you...im sure its positve... I played alot of coed softball...this girl can HIT...thats my favorite thing about playing..i always get excited to hit..especially whenpeople under estimate you ...OVER THE FENCE AND OTTA THE PARK! 323CoachT Well Doug, I don't look that lean at the moment but it is the place I want to stay but at about 205lbs. That pic I am 188lbs and at the end of my transformation. I am bulking at the moment but will be hitting the diet hardcore again soon. So, I can be in the optimum shape by football. I have had some trouble with allergic reactions lately and we have not found the source. Almost went to see Jesus two weeks ago. Very blessed to be here. Jun 16, 2012 12:05pm

323CoachT I love it as well my friend. Last week, I had a personal best in squat at 315 x 6 and that is parallel. I hate when guys put weight on to say the did 450 but they only go half way. 323CoachT Good Stuff my friend. Great Job. One thing I might give you a word of thought upon is, Body Fat % Testing has a lot of error attached to it. My trainer does not allow me to weigh or check BF due to the inconsistency of the testing methods. The questions are. How are my cloths fitting and what do I look like in the mirror. 323CoachT Now that is a story that matters. Great Job. My entire family is starting to figure it out as well. What is amazing is that because we eat better, my Grand Daughter (Youngest son's daughter who lives with us) is eating better because we don't have junk around.
