Why I Love It: ITS THE MOST STREES RELIVEING THING IN THE WORLD BY FAR. AND ITS HEALTHY SO WHATS NOT TO LOVE???
How I Stay Motivated: I LOST MANY THINGS IN MY LIFE, MY HOUSE MY DAD AND EVERYTHING ELSE. SO I DECIDED INSTED OF BEING IN A GANG I OCCUPIE MYSELF WITH POWERLIFTING AND HOCKEY.

Main Goal: Gain Muscle
Goal (Short): NOT BE SO FAT
Goal (Long): IM NOT AS BIG OF A FAN AS OTHERS WHEN IT COMES TO THIS LONG DETAIL SHIT BUT IL GIVE IT A SHOT. BASICY THE BACK BONE TO MY LIFTING IS HOCKEY. I STARTED LIFTING B/C OF IT AND THATS WHY IM DOIN IT NOW. I WANT MY BENCH TO GET UP TO 500 SO I CAN BE THE 1ST NHL PLAYER IN HISTORY TO DO IT. AND ITS BRAGING WRITES UP THE ASS. AS FOR ANOTHER GOAL OF MINE I WOULDNT MIND NOT BEING SUCH A FAT ASS. I WOULD LOVE A 8% BODY FAT, BUT HEY I WOULD LOVE A FERRARI AS WELL. AM I GOIN TO GET EITHER? PROBELY NOT BUT ITS WORTH A SHOT WRIGHT? OTHER THEN THAT IM HAPPY WITH MY LIFTING, AND NEED TO FOCUS ON MY REAL PASION...HOCKEY.

Keep pushing yourself to be the best that you can be and see where that takes you. Dropping body fat would up your speed in the skating department but it would also be a comprimise.
