thanks bro, i actually dont workout for strength, i bodybuild soo looking big, cut and symmetrical is what i do best, i am strong but i dont do any type of powerlifting, i usually go up to 455 for 4 reps or more on lik my 6th set of flat bench then i rep out 225 20 times or soo after that, then i continue my workout, i stay around 4-8 reps for bench presses
