Overall Goal:  looking really to cut it up a bit, the Marine corps really doesnt have a place for the big boys. so im looking to hold the mass but drop the fat.

football made me lift. once that happened it was only uphill from there.

stress is released when i step to the weights. the world is silenced and i hear is my lungs and blood rushing.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look back at what i used to be and how i abused my body. Now i want to be the best. with support from the US and all the fam back home. i keep it real

cardio seems to be the only whey tho with alot of lean protien throughout the day and a bunch before bed.
