Overall Goal: looking really to cut it up a bit, the Marine corps really doesnt have a place for the big boys. so im looking to hold the mass but drop the fat.

football made me lift. once that happened it was only uphill from there.

I look back at what i used to be and how i abused my body. Now i want to be the best. with support from the US and all the fam back home. i keep it real
