How I Started: I went on a deployment overseas and the only thing to do was work out or drink. I started hitting the gym and went from 130 to 155 in 5 months and was hooked after that.

Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Left shoulder. It has been a while now and it is still a little weak. I have just been stretching a lot and taking it slow.

I had to run my Physical Fitness Test today.  It consist of a 3 mile run, pull-ups and max crunches in 2 mins.  Well, I ate out last night at the local Mexican joint and had a few beers to drink.  Not a good idea.  I did my max of 20 pull-ups, and got 100 crunches in 49 seconds.  Now when...
