I went on a deployment overseas and the only thing to do was work out or drink. I started hitting the gym and went from 130 to 155 in 5 months and was hooked after that.
Why I Love It:
I love it for the self pride. Staying in the gym makes me feel and look younger.
How I Stay Motivated:
The complements I get from other people.

I want to put on some more good quality muscle and keep spreading the good word of health and fitness.
Goal (Long):
I am finally back in the saddle and feeling good about myself again. I am trying to pack on some good quality muscle mass over the winter months and be around 200 on the scale. I am also in pursuit of my personal trainer cert. I have been helping people for awhile now and I love it so, I guess it is just time to make it offical.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 15 lb

8%

I finally went to the knee specialist to get checked out. I had surgery back in 01 and the knee has been feeling nasty. The doc says no more running for 30 days and then I have to be looked at again. She said I have PFS and Arthrites of the knee. I also have to strengthen the outside...
My entire body feels like I was hit by a Mack Truck. Monday was Chest,Tris,Shoulders; Tuesday was Legs, and yesterday was Back,Bi's,Forearms. Today is supposed to be Chest tris and shoulders again. Plus yesterday's PT wore me the f**k out.
Hey bro, Hit the gym today and HARD!! I am doing that 6 day workout we did a while back with all supersets. Probably a bit much for just getting back into things. But oh well. How are things in AZ? You need to put up some up to date progress pics bro. I am going to put some up and label them "Starting from Scratch Again". lol Then see how long it takes to get back to the way I was at Staff Academy. WORD!!!
Had my son Aug 29th! He's a big boy! 8 lbs 5 ounces lol! I went to L&D to see what was wrong with me and I guess they wanted me to pop my son out. ;). Do you have Facebook?

must have been nice. Still no baby =( They stripped my membranes yesterday so lets see what happens. I need HIM OUT NOW. I need to get him on protein shakes ;) Kidding.
Nothing is working. I've tried everything from Castor oil to "dancing" haha. What did your wife do to pop out all the kids?? I just want to be able to hit the gym ASAP. AHHH. I feel like I'm going to be fat forever lol.
