Seeing more improvements in size and conditioning of back, waist is coming in. Working harder on lower back and traps.

I notice my upper portion of my chest starting to come in better as well as the center starting to get more. Overall I think I made some improvements.

Probably my least favorite pose to do. Really need to improve my chest. I do notice that my chest looks more full overall but it really is my biggest weakness. Started training abs last week.

I can see my upper portion of my chest starting to come out a little bit, chest is getting more conditioned overall. I stopped doing declines all together because overall my lower chest is more developed from years of heavier decline bench pressing. I notice a huge change in my arms in my side chest pose.

I see improvements in my rear delts, bicep peak, and overall thickness. Trying to bring up my traps more so this is a better pose for me.
