I was always skinny growing up. I plated alot of sports and was always active doing something. When I started high school I was not able to gain pound. I didn't really have any interest in working out at that point and my rediculous metabolism didnt help. When I graduated high school and had a little more time on my hands I started working out. In college I took a free elective weight training course which taught me alot about training, Slowly but surely I started to see some results. I showed alot of drive in the gym and eventually became friends with a personal trainer who taught me almost all the techniques I use today. Since then I have used everything I know and have learned over the years to push myself more and more. Now I look in the mirror and I am happy with what I see.
Why I Love It:
It feels good to be in shape and its healthy. Everytime I look in the mirror it gets me more and more motivated to work even harder. I see pictures of myself from years ago and think, how did I ever look like that.
How I Stay Motivated:
My wife keeps me motivated! Training with people bigger than me and always pushing myself to work harder and harder.
BB Accomplishments:
Gaining size, strength, and living healthy.

My training has changed alot since my daughter, Lily, was born. It seems that when you have a baby you can only sleep when they sleep.... who knew ;). Some things that have come out of this.... less sleep, less drive, less gym time. I was starting to get to a point where I was really...
