Why I Love It: I love it because it makes me feel good, it makes me look good, and it is always a nice break in the daily routine of Iraq.
How I Stay Motivated: I am back home in Guam now and I have to admit motivation is harder. I am being careful not to get back to my "old" form. This site helps.
BB Accomplishments: Losing all of the weight since I have been here. Breaking the 300lb barrier in the bench press.

Goals:
Main Goal: Transform My Body
Goal (Short): I want to transform my body and be able to keep it that way once I leave Iraq
Goal (Long): It looks like I have lost more than the weight I had planned on losing which is good. I dont have a good idea of exactly how much weight I have lost though because I havent weighed myself in a while. I want to lose my remaining bodyfat around my midsection, and then do the hard part, keep it off once I return home to my normal routine. It is hard sometimes to eat well, and workout at the gym with a 5 year old.
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 25 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 10%

Well everybody, I thought my flight was this afternoon, but it turns out that it is tonight.  It doesnt matter to me that much as long as I get out of here today.  It gives me more time today to sit in my office and think of things I may have forgotten to pass down to the young Captain filling...
