I want to transform my body and be able to keep it that way once I leave Iraq
Goal (Long):
It looks like I have lost more than the weight I had planned on losing which is good. I dont have a good idea of exactly how much weight I have lost though because I havent weighed myself in a while. I want to lose my remaining bodyfat around my midsection, and then do the hard part, keep it off once I return home to my normal routine. It is hard sometimes to eat well, and workout at the gym with a 5 year old.

I want to LOSE 25 lb
